Property Condition Reporting & Inspections
We can provide property condition reporting and inspections. To include move-in and move-out inspections with documentation reporting. Appliance condition reporting and more.
Maintenance Coordination
We have experience with project management to include construction management of vendor coordination, negotiations and consulting services. Will work to ensure your home gets the maintenance it needs whether it be cleaners for move-in/move-out, annual HVAC tune up, changing out locks, coming on-site to replace air filters, check laundry lint traps, or inspect tenant maintence ticket requests.
